How it works
You send us the full address and square footage of the property to be inspected. We send you a quote with availability.
Once a date and time have been agreed upon. You download the Pre-Inspection agreement and COI (Certificate of Insurance) if needed. Fill out the forms(s), sign and return to us prior to the date of inspection.
We perform the inspection, you receive a report within 5 business days.
